Perfect - could not fault it for a one night stay. So close to Co Op live. Beautiful house. Everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Great communications throughout. Nothing. We were told in advance of a lingering smoke smell from previous occupant but it wasn’t very noticeable. Permit parking only on the street but free parking on the drive.

Absolutely gorgeous home, very clean and tidy, we had a small issue with the heating and the hot water but it was easy to get in contact and someone came and sorted it within an hour or two so very responsive, list of bus and train timetables aswell as WiFi and other helpful Information was left on the kitchen table. I would definetly book here again

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for what we were visiting for. Khalid’s instructions were clear and easy to follow which made check in so smooth. The house inside is very well kept and warm which was perfect as outside was freezing.

Excellent 3 bedroom home close to Co-op arena and Ethiad stadium as well in case you have event there. The city center is 30 mins light walk or 15 minutes by bus. There is 2 small shops nearby. The neighborhood is nice. The flat spotless, kichen well prepared and you have 3 showers and 4 toilets which is handy in case of a big family. Definitely come back in case of a future event in Manchester.

The house is in a Peaceful location, 10min cab ride from Piccadilly train station. Very clean well equipped. Two room has inside toilet and bathroom. The third room as next to bathroom, which gives more than enough comfort and privacy. Strongly recommend!

Fab location for Coop Live. Didn’t take us as long to walk as Google suggested! Less than 10 minutes and an easy route with well lit streets. Brilliant to just toddle home after! We also had no bother getting into town. An uber for four was about £8.50. Easy to get to outskirts as well, Trafford centre in about 20 minutes. The house felt so much bigger than it looks in the photos. We had loads of space and a crazy amount of bathrooms! Lots of storage space for clothes and things as well which is always appreciated. Had everything we needed. Very easy check in, wifi was easy to use (which was appreciated by the kids), all modern amenities in the kitchen. Parking was appreciated as not all properties have dedicated parking and it can be a faff finding a space. Would definitely recommend and book again if we are back in the area.

Me and my friends came down for Lady Gaga in Manchester. This house is lovely, super nice host! Close to city Center and 10 mins away from the co-op live. Looking forward to staying here again 😊

We had a great stay at Roger’s place! Communication was excellent from start to finish, he was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for our trip. The location was convenient, with shops nearby and easy access into the city. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future.

Everything was great, sadly we were there only a single night, but Hassan provided all the information we needed for our single night. Location was perfect for what we needed and home had everything we needed.
