The house is located in a residential area with friendly neighbours. It is very quiet, but if you like noise the city centre in just 5 minutes away with a taxi which will cost you around 5 pounds.

The house has 3 bedroom and 3 toilets, 2 of them with shower. The open plan kitchen has all the utensils one need to cook, and the spacious living room has a comfy sofa with a Sony TV. There is unlimited fibre internet. Parties and gatherings are not allowed due to government restriction for Manchester area.

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for what we were visiting for. Khalid’s instructions were clear and easy to follow which made check in so smooth. The house inside is very well kept and warm which was perfect as outside was freezing.

three of us booked Khalid's place during our stay in Manchester in July 2025. we wanted something private and peaceful away from the city centre and this delivered exactly what we were looking for. it was pretty hot during this stay but there were fans in every room and the windows gave us enough relief to be comfortable. it was only about £5-£7 each way to get into the city centre and ~10 mins which was perfect. it was really nice to have our own rooms, and a quiet back garden to enjoy the mornings and the evening. the neighborhood was quiet as well, it really was exactly what we were looking for. Khalid was very accessible for any message we had, and gave very clear instructions. I didn't have many questions, but the few I had (mainly around garbage and cleaning up to check out) were answered promptly and politely. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house in a nice area. Very calm, close to the city center. The house is comfortable, clean and big ( 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen). We loved our stay!
