The guests have access to the whole house expect of one bedroom where we keep our personal belongs, meaning the property had actually 4 bedrooms but only 3 of them are available for the guests as described and presented in the pictures.

You will be renting the whole house, and there are 3-bedrooms available for you (2 of the rooms have their own full bathroom), but in total the house has 4 toilets. On the ground floor the house has its driveway, garden, living room, dining and kitchen.

Excellent 3 bedroom home close to Co-op arena and Ethiad stadium as well in case you have event there. The city center is 30 mins light walk or 15 minutes by bus. There is 2 small shops nearby. The neighborhood is nice. The flat spotless, kichen well prepared and you have 3 showers and 4 toilets which is handy in case of a big family. Definitely come back in case of a future event in Manchester.

The house is in a Peaceful location, 10min cab ride from Piccadilly train station.
Very clean well equipped. Two room has inside toilet and bathroom. The third room as next to bathroom, which gives more than enough comfort and privacy.

Fab location for Coop Live. Didn’t take us as long to walk as Google suggested! Less than 10 minutes and an easy route with well lit streets. Brilliant to just toddle home after!
We also had no bother getting into town. An uber for four was about £8.50. Easy to get to outskirts as well, Trafford centre in about 20 minutes.
The house felt so much bigger than it looks in the photos. We had loads of space and a crazy amount of bathrooms! Lots of storage space for clothes and things as well which is always appreciated. Had everything we needed.
Very easy check in, wifi was easy to use (which was appreciated by the kids), all modern amenities in the kitchen. Parking was appreciated as not all properties have dedicated parking and it can be a faff finding a space.
Would definitely recommend and book again if we are back in the area.

Me and my friends came down for Lady Gaga in Manchester. This house is lovely, super nice host! Close to city Center and 10 mins away from the co-op live. Looking forward to staying here again 😊

Fantastic place to stay for East Manchester- Ethiad/Co-op Live & easy access to city centre. House is immaculate with masses of space & three bathrooms for the three bedrooms is fantastic. Superb communication throughout & definitely recommend.
