The beds was so comfy and everything was so nicely decorated. Private parking was also a bonus. It is definitely somewhere I would recommend and love to come back and stay at again !!

Another good stay at this house. Probably our 4th visit here. Stayed for 4 nights this time. Easy lock box check in and out. Always quick communication from the co-host Roger, not that we have ever had a single issue here. Good facilities such as washing machine/dryer, reliable wifi, driveway parking. Handy location near the city or venues such as the Etihad. The house always feels spacious, even for a family of four. Overall, I'd recommend this place, or indeed any place that Roger manages.

Absolutely perfect location for the Etihad and Co op live. Really easy to get in and out of central Manchester too. Brilliant, will definitely try and book next time we're in the area, thanks!

Really spacious, really clean and in a perfect location. Host was so helpful and quick to answer my questions. Parking also provided. Really happy and would recommend! Everything was perfect.

A brilliant home which is well located for visiting the city. Roger is responsive and the house is incredibly clean, with a relaxing decor, and stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Manchester and surrounding areas!

It took me a while, trying to think of the best way I can communicate to people reading reviews of this accommodation, how beautiful this place is and how wonderful our experience was here. All I can come up with is: Do not hesitate for one second when booking this place. Responsive host and very helpful, always trying to communicate with us different ways he could be of help. We had a great stay. The home is comfortable and inviting. The location was perfect for us - Etihad is a short walk away, central Manchester is a short uber ride away, and we were able to use Uber Eats for groceries and dinner. Roger is an amazing host. He was friendly and helpful before we booked, after we made our reservation, and during our stay. He answered all of our questions, helped us get the correct adapters/converters, and allowed us to check in early. We highly recommend this air bnb and would stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to Manchester.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, in terms of host help and communication. It was absolutely as described and perfect for getting to Co-op arena for us. I’d definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again for any concert. Much better than a hotel for our group to socialise and be comfortable. Thanks Roger

I was so amazed when received the email at around 1.30pm to say ready to check in. And we called for a simple thing when we got in he answered and was very helpfully Nice house, walking distance to Ethihad Campus, and metro line.
