Please note: 1) We recently had a long-term guest who smoked inside, and although we’re removing the smell, some traces may still be noticeable to sensitive guests. 2) Smoking is not allowed inside the property. 3) Please remove shoes on carpeted areas. 4) Parties are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of the booking without refund. 5) Have fun and enjoy your stay.

Perfect - could not fault it for a one night stay. So close to Co Op live. Beautiful house. Everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Great communications throughout. Nothing. We were told in advance of a lingering smoke smell from previous occupant but it wasn’t very noticeable. Permit parking only on the street but free parking on the drive.
